Melissa's aesthetic is heavily  inspired by early Twentieth Century  German art movements, such as  Bauhaus and Dada.

Studying under Alexander McQueen  associate, Simon Ungless, Melissa  received her Master of Fine Arts  Degree in Fashion Design from the  Academy of Art University, and her  Bachelor of Arts Degree from the     University of Michigan.
